We ask that you complete our confidential lifestyle
questionnaire (15-20 minutes) in advance of our first meeting. We use this
information to help us determine possible needs and identify products and
services that may be of value to you. During your visit to our design
center, you will gain insight into how some of these systems can be utilized
to enhance your lifestyle.
